Covenants are Approved & Active
 
 

More than 66% of the subdivision has agreed to the additions and revisions of the current covenants. The covenants were filed on October 12, 2009 with the Clerk of Court and are active. This means all current and future residents of Indian Mound are bound to the covenants from this point forward. If you are selling your home, please provide a copy to the realtor or buyer. Enforcement of the covenants will begin January 1, 2010.
